Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation of Waxahachie is conveniently located just off US-77 at 151 Country Meadows Boulevard, only 1.3 miles from Baylor Scott and White Medical Center. We are part of Waxahachie’s growing Country Meadows neighborhood, with spacious parking and easy access to shopping and services.
We feature 121 beds, including 44 private rooms and 24 semi-private suites. Each of our rooms are equipped with in-room showers, in-wall oxygen, and individual climate controls. Our spacious 10-acre campus also includes a Hospital Observation Suite, two dining rooms, a relaxing spa, a beautiful courtyard, comfortable public areas, and wide hallways.
